Did you know turtles are generally aquatic or semi-aquatic with webbed feet/flippers for swimming and have omnivorous diets. While tortoises are land-dwelling with stumpy, elephant-like legs for walking, dome-shaped shells, and have herbivorous diets. Essentially a tortois is a turtle, but a turtle is not a tortois.
Viviane found a facination with turtles in water and the brilliant colours and patterns that act to protect and disguise these creatures.
